Many farmers with stock – cows, sheep, and other, on open ranges and other locations fix up water tanks for them. If the farmer has had problems with animals who attack his stock or poachers they usually put up motion detector cameras to see what is going on – almost like what many stores do with hidden camera to monitor traffic and be aware of shoplifting. Surveillance cameras are not new and used by a variety of places.

Take a look at what shows up at a South Texas stock water tank in dry weather.

For those of you that have never hunted in South Texas , sometimes we post motion detector cameras at our feeders/tanks to see what is going on. Check out this sequence at a water tank.
