Remember the days before the ‘chains’ – hamburger joints, drug stores, ice cream parlors, clothing stores, etc. Most of them built (or purchased) by some entrepreneur who wanted to be in business for themselves, they wanted to be their own boss, wanted to do what they liked to do for a living and have a decent income. Many were so successful that they could not continue to run the business by themselves so they hired other employee’s. Many of us worked for such people. Our President says ‘You didn’t build that’ – only the Government makes things happen. If it were not for the Government none of us would be here?
